Introduction

[중소벤처기업부 2018년도 ‘백년가게’로 선정] 청주에서 40년 이상 된 3대째 이어오고 있는 장어구이집이다. 오랜 세월을 거쳐 탄생한 금수장만의 개발소스와 장어 굽는 석쇠를 이용해 초벌구이하여 맛과 풍미를 높인 장어구이는 남녀노소 모두에게 인기만점이다. 장어양념구이, 장어소금구이와 함께 새우매운탕 장어국밥도 판매하고 있다. 또한 건강을 생각하여 반찬 및 장류는 직접 만들어 제공하여 관내에서 건강 먹거리 점포로써 인지도가 매우 높다. 전국 향토 음식 경진대회에서 2회 우승경력을 보유하고 있다. 50여 대 주차 가능한 넓은 자체 주차장이 있어 편리하게 이용할 수 있다.
