[Baeknyeon Gage] Geumsujang | Restaurant Guide

[Selected as a 'Baeknyeon Gage' by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups in 2018] This is a grilled eel restaurant in Cheongju that has been run by three generations for over 40 years. Using a special sauce developed over a long period and a charcoal grill for pre-grilling, Geumsujang's grilled eel enhances flavor and taste, making it very popular with people of all ages. They sell seasoned grilled eel, salt-grilled eel, spicy shrimp stew, and eel soup with rice. Additionally, considering health, side dishes and sauces are made in-house, giving it a strong reputation as a healthy food establishment in the area. It has won two national local food competitions. There is a spacious private parking lot available for about 50 vehicles, making it convenient to use.
