충청북도 청주시 청원구 내수읍에 있는 초정솔밭보리밥집카페는 청원생명발효가공영농 조합에서 운영하는 한식 음식점이자 카페이다. 직접 보리를 재배하고 장류를 만들어, 건강하면서도 정갈한 식사를 할 수 있다. 메뉴는 보리밥 정식 단일 메뉴로 2인 이상 주문이 가능하다. 정식에 커피가 포함되어 있어, 식사 후 조용한 분위기 속에서 커피 한 잔의 여유까지 느낄 수 있는 곳이다. 음식점 외부에는 연꽃 방죽과 소나무 무대 등 힐링하기 좋은 산책 코스가 조성되어 있다. 초정약수와 직접 농사지은 보리 등의 재료를 섞어 만드는 보리 막장 및 보리 쌈장 만들기 체험, 떡메치기부터 고물 묻히기까지 직접 참여하는 수리취 인절미 만들기 체험 등 다양한 체험 프로그램도 함께 운영한다.
