충청북도 청주시 청원구 내수읍에 있는 초정행궁 전통찻집은 고즈넉한 분위기를 느낄 수 있는 한옥 카페이다. 초정약수로 유명한 초정행궁 내부에 자리 잡고 있다. 대표 메뉴로는 직접 달인 전통식 건강 차에 노른자가 동동 떠 있는 수제 쌍화차이다. 그 외에도 손으로 직접 대추를 으깨어 달인 걸쭉한 수제 대추차, 계피와 생강을 오랜 시간 달인 수제 곶감 수정과, 각종 한약재와 생강을 갈아서 달인 수제 생강차 등 여러 수제 전통차를 맛볼 수 있으며, 아메리카노, 유자차, 미숫가루, 초코라떼 등 다양한 커피와 음료도 함께 판매 중이다. 약과 등 전통 다과도 준비되어 있어 차 또는 커피와 함께 곁들여 먹을 수 있다.
