[중소벤처기업부 2019년도 ‘백년가게’로 선정] 2대를 이어온 충북 청주 북부시장의 족발 전문점이다. 구수한 북어 국물 베이스에 아삭한 콩나물이 들어가는 쫄깃한 수제비와 맛깔스럽게 나오는 족발이 인기 메뉴다. 족발은 단족만 전문적으로 취급하며 국내산 냉장족을 사용한다. 신선한 재료를 사용하기 때문에 향신료와 캐러멜을 첨가하지 않아도 고소한 맛이 일품이다. 수제비는 점심 한정으로 판매하는데 차별화된 레시피 덕분인지 수제비를 먹기 위해 찾아오는 손님도 상당하다.
