Hwadeok-eurogan Godeungeo serves dishes that cannot be tasted at home. This is because fish or meat are grilled in a firewood oven heated to 500℃. The signature menu includes grilled fish set meals made with mackerel, cutlassfish, Spanish mackerel, Atka mackerel, and dried yellow croaker. Additionally, you can enjoy firewood oven bulgogi set meals and firewood oven spicy pork set meals. The side dishes vary by season but usually include deodeok salad, black sesame lotus root salad, chonggak kimchi, soybean paste cucumber and pepper, and soybean paste soup.
