Jinhae Bakery is a bakery representing Jinhae with a 36-year tradition and is well known by word of mouth. It co-developed the local specialty of Jinhae, 'Cherry Blossom Bread,' with Mijin Pastry Shop, which not only looks like cherry blossoms but also has a cherry blossom scent. Cherry Blossom Bread is made primarily with real cherry blossom extract and cherry blossom paste, featuring pink paste and a cherry blossom shape, providing visual delight as well. It is also recommended to try the very soft cherry blossom ice cream that has a subtle cherry blossom fragrance while walking along the cherry blossom path with your lover.
