Pallyongsan Stone Pagoda Park is a park with special significance located in Yangdeok-dong, Masanhoewon-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do. It was created in 2009 under the name 'Stone Pagoda Park.' This place is not simply a tourist attraction but a symbolic space. Its beginning dates back to 1993 when residents originally from separated families living in Masanhoewon-gu started building stone pagodas with care, hoping for reunification of North and South Korea. Over time, about 1,000 stone pagodas were built with dedication and years of effort. This scenery gradually became well known, attracting many citizens and tourists, establishing itself as a famous destination. Accordingly, Changwon City installed a park nameplate and improved the environment with various convenience facilities such as pet waste bags, an automatic insect repellent sprayer, and a dust remover machine so visitors can stay comfortably.
