Ibang Restaurant, selected as a 'Baeknyeon Gage' by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups in 2019, began in 1977 selling sugure (a traditional food of Ibang Market) as gukbap and noodles. The restaurant has since improved the soup flavor to make an even more delicious sugure gukbap its signature dish. Sugure refers to the gelatinous part between cow skin and beef, offering a chewy texture that pleases gourmets. In addition to sugure gukbap, they also sell sugure noodles, charcoal grill bulgogi, beef bone pork soup, and sugure seasoned stir-fry. Following the founding owner's business philosophy that 'food is culture and sharing,' the restaurant hosts senior citizen banquets and provides meals to neighbors in need, practicing a life of sharing within the community.
