Ibagu-gil is a themed street that embodies the history and culture of Busan, reflecting stories from the opening of Busan Port during the Japanese colonial period, the refugee life of the 1950s-60s after liberation, to Busan's industrial boom in the 1970s-80s. Ibagu-gil Myeongran Road connects Busan Station Dong-gu Tourist Information Center, Choryangcheon where the Salimsup artwork is located, Choryang Traditional Market known for local products like fish cakes, the site of Namseon Warehouse, Busan's first logistics warehouse, the fence gallery at Choryang Elementary School, a character history fence, 168 Dosirak Soup, 168 stairs, the Myeongran Brand Research Center displaying and selling myeongran-related products such as the Dong-gu specialty myeongran fish cakes, Ibagu Charging Station, Ibagu Workshop operating a village museum, observation deck and other local historical exhibits, and Mangyang-ro Sanbok Road Exhibition Hall. It is a street alive with local residents' sorrows and history, serving as a thematic street for history exploration and viewing the beautiful Busan Port.
