택슐랭(Taxchelin)은 택시(Taxi)+미슐랭(Michelin)을 합친 말로 부산 원도심을 오래 달려온 베테랑 택시기사님들의 추천을 바탕으로 부산에서만 만날 수 있는 로컬의 맛을 즐기는 미식 축제이다. 택슐랭 가이드북을 따라 시작된 축제는 부산역 광장의 오픈 세레머니를 비롯해 로컬플레이 미션투어, 원도심 러닝크루, 야경포차, 가이드택시까지 원도심 곳곳으로 이어진다. 제11회 부산원도심활성화축제 택슐랭은 중구, 서구, 동구, 영도구, 남구 일대에서 펼쳐진다.
