남부수자원생태공원은 하수처리시설이었던 곳을 시민들을 위한 친수공간으로 탈바꿈시킨 공원이다. 공원 내에는 다목적 잔디광장, 어린이 놀이시설 등의 공원시설과 테니스장, 풋살장, 배드민턴장, 농구장 등의 체육시설이 조성되어 있다. 여름에는 어린이 놀이시설에서 물놀이장이 개장되어 아이들이 신나게 뛰어놀 수 있다. 또한 하수처리공정 현장견학, 공원견학 등도 가능하며, 자세한 사항은 홈페이지를 참조하는 것이 좋다.
