오정공원은 부천시 오정구청사 뒤편 49,400㎡ 부지에 조성된 복합문화체육공원이다. 정규 규격의 인조잔디 축구장을 중심으로 산책로, 실개천, 분수대, 야외무대 등이 함께 조성되어 있다. 자전거문화센터는 시민의 자전거 이용과 안전 교육을 위해 2009년 4월 19일 개관하였으며, 자전거 연습코스와 둘레길도 마련되어 있다. 자전거 대여 시에는 반드시 운동화를 착용해야 하며, 샌들·슬리퍼·구두 착용은 금지되어 있다. 오정레포츠센터와 연계된 공원으로 체육·여가·문화가 어우러진 지역 대표 공원이다.
