16 Ho Wonjo Halmoni Hand-Cut Noodles, located in Daebudo, Danwon-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, is a noodle restaurant recognized by locals for its taste. Kimchi is made every three weeks using domestic napa cabbage and domestic red pepper powder, then aged in a large kimchi refrigerator before being served. The signature dish, Emperor Seafood Sea Kalguksu, is the first menu on Daebudo to offer steamed clams and clam noodles simultaneously. It is loved for its generous seafood portions, refreshing broth, and chewy noodles. Fresh seafood is sourced daily from the fish market at dawn, and due to quick ingredient turnover, the seafood remains in optimal condition. There is a large parking lot accommodating many customers, making it convenient to visit.
