Dal Observatory is an observatory located at Siwha Narae Tidal Power Culture Center on Daebuhwanggeum-ro, Danwon-gu, Ansan-si. It is a landmark of the Siwha area, offering views of Siwha Lake and the West Sea, and features convenient facilities (a cafe) where visitors can relax while enjoying the beautiful scenery. On the first floor, a handmade burger shop sells handcrafted hamburgers. The second floor houses the A-One restaurant, which offers steak and other dishes. On the third floor, where the observatory is located, there is a coffee shop (Droptop) and a gift shop selling coffee and more. From the 75m-high observatory, visitors can walk slowly 360 degrees to enjoy views of the tidal power plant, Tirait Park, and the surrounding scenery including Siwha Lake and the West Sea. A skywalk is installed on the floor of the observatory.
