Honam Mukeunji is a specialty restaurant in Yangpyeong-eup, Yangpyeong-gun, offering pork belly and spicy braised chicken dishes made with aged kimchi. You can enjoy pork belly with a smoky flavor grilled once and then cooked again on a stone plate with homemade aged kimchi, or try the spicy braised chicken with a whole chicken cooked in aged kimchi. The aged kimchi hot pot is also a recommended menu item. After eating the spicy braised chicken with aged kimchi, you can have steamed rice as a meal, or if you grilled meat, you can make fried rice.
