Munho-ri River Market was first launched in April 2014 by local residents who settled in Munho-ri, originally named Munho-ri Flea Market along the Munho Riverside. Until before COVID-19, the market was held on the third Saturday of every month. After COVID-19, there are weekend flea markets and a permanent Munho-ri River Market Maeilsanghoe next to Terarosa. The market started with about 60 sellers and has grown to about 170 sellers. While the scale and variety of items sold have increased, the principle of selling only handmade or homegrown products remains unchanged. Many sellers are residents of Yangpyeong, but many come from other areas as well. Munho-ri River Market is open to anyone, and anyone who meets the basic requirements can participate as a seller. It has developed beyond a simple market into a cultural space and playground. A shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes from Yangsu Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line.
