Pizzeria Latta, located at Baegun Lake in Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi-do, is a long-established Italian restaurant. You can experience the authentic taste of Italy through honest ingredients and proper cooking methods. The representative menu includes Genovese pizza among various pizzas, all strictly made following the eight criteria set by the Naples Pizza Association. Only San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, and mozzarella bufala used in Neapolitan pizzerias in Italy are used. Additionally, dough is prepared daily by hand using 100% Italian flour and fermented at low temperature for 72 hours. Only natural cheese is used. You can also enjoy handmade special sauce made with extra virgin olive oil and homemade pickles. Besides pizza, a variety of dishes and alcoholic beverages such as pasta, salad, and soup are offered.
