'Hwajeong Soba' is a restaurant located in Uiryeong-gun, Gyeongnam, which started in 1978 by providing free soba and noodles to hungry elders at the market in front of the store. The restaurant uses vegetables grown directly on a 2,000-pyeong farm as topping ingredients and kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi). All processes including dough making, aging, and noodle making are done in-house. The signature menu is soba, and other options such as buckwheat jjajang, Hwajeong noodles, and sirloin pork cutlet are also available, allowing customers to choose according to their preferences.
