Chamkkae Guksu is a noodle specialty restaurant located in Suseong-gu, Daegu. It is currently operated by Park Haejin, the second generation, who succeeded his mother, the first generation founder Do Youngja. Most ingredients, including boiled pork, are domestically sourced, and kimchi is made fresh two to three times daily. The restaurant consistently strives to maintain a clean environment. It offers a variety of menus, including sesame bean noodle soup, kalguksu, and janchi guksu. Especially, the bean noodle soup is characterized by a rich and savory flavor combining the natural taste of beans with sesame. Pork belly boiled meat and rice cake soup are also popular dishes. Although there is no dedicated parking facility, parking is available around the alley.
