Yonghwa Beach is a small beach located in Geundeok-myeon, Samcheok-si. It is situated about 24 km south of Samcheok city center, with Yonghwacheon flowing alongside and a pine forest growing behind it. The crescent-shaped beautiful coastline, combined with unusual rock formations, creates a spectacular view. The beach itself has a water depth of about 1 to 1.5 meters and a white sand length of approximately 1 km, making it not very large. The waves are not high, making it good for children to play, and a stream flows through the middle of the beach, allowing for freshwater bathing. During the beach opening season, visitors can enjoy marine leisure activities like snorkeling and banana boats. Various convenience facilities, guesthouses, and raw fish restaurants are gathered around the beach, making it convenient to use. There are also diverse attractions: the marine rail bike departs from here, and the Samcheok Sea Cable Car can be taken. There is also an observatory where you can overlook Yonghwa Beach at a glance.

Jangho Fishing Village Experience is a fishing village experience and recreation village located in Geundeok-myeon, Samcheok-si, Gangwon-do, well known as a sunrise spot. The beach, called the Naples of the East Sea, features shallow waters and beautiful surrounding large and small rocky reefs and small stone islands. The village offers experiential programs such as transparent canoe ecology experiences and snorkeling experiences, allowing visitors to enjoy the beautiful Janghohang with all their senses. Boat fishing experiences are also available, offering a special chance to eat sashimi made from fish caught directly from the sea. Additionally, various accommodations such as guesthouses and pensions are provided in Janghohang. Nearby attractions include the Samcheok Marine Cable Car, Chogok Yonggul Candle Rock Trail, and Haesindang Park.
