It adheres to the traditional method of making noodles by rolling out the dough thinly with a hongdukkye (wooden rolling pin) and cutting it with a knife after rolling it up, using broth slowly simmered from beef bones. It started as a small restaurant and now stands in a newly built building, having established a reputation with its kalguksu. The menu is simple, offering only hand-cut noodles and dumplings. There is a large parking lot in front of the separate building, making parking convenient.
