Onbomdal Yeolhalu is an emotional rattan workshop located in the old town of Okcheon-gun, Chungbuk, where you can purchase rattan crafts and also experience rattan crafting. They offer regular rattan craft classes and one-day classes. The one-day class is open to all ages and provides an introduction to rattan crafts. Reservations are required in advance, and the duration is usually between 1.5 to 2 hours, during which participants typically make a basic round or oval tray. There is also a class for children aged 7 to 13, where they can create cute animal-shaped trays, pencil holders, hand mirrors, and more. In the regular rattan craft classes, participants can make various daily rattan items such as vases, mirrors, clocks, and tea coasters, not just basic trays.
