Saenggeo Jincheon Traditional Market was created in 1976 by bringing together scattered street vendors in Jincheon and is actively held around the Baekgokcheon riverside after crossing Jincheon Bridge and in the marketplace east of Jincheon Market. On market days, not only merchants but also rural grandmothers come carrying wild spring vegetables they have directly picked from mountains or fields. It takes about two hours to explore, and you can also see olgaengi (freshwater snails), a specialty of Chungcheong Province. The miscellaneous grain market displays bundles of various grains to welcome customers. On one side of the market, food stalls line up offering dishes like sundae-gukbap (blood sausage soup). With facilities such as parking lots and restrooms installed, it is convenient to use, and the wide range of items sold makes it a great place to browse.

In the area along Gongyechon-gil, Munbaek-myeon, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do, there is Jincheon Craft Village where artists from various fields such as pottery, woodcraft, natural dyeing, and hanji craft live. True to a village of craftsmen, each house is uniquely distinctive like a work of art. The entire village feels like a gallery and an outdoor exhibition space. Individually charming houses including traditional tiled-roof, yellow clay, and Western-style houses come together to form a quaint craft village. Craft experiences are also available in spaces used as studios by the artists. It is more interesting because visitors can communicate and interact with the artists during the experience.

Boryeon Village, meaning 'precious lotus,' is a beautiful and pristine natural village that resembles a lotus floating on water. As its name suggests, lotus flowers are planted from the village entrance, and the entire village is designated as a lotus preservation village, with lotus flowers in full bloom in July. Behind the village stands Mannoesan Mountain (611.7m), the highest and most scenic in Jincheon, with Manno Mountain Fortress at its summit, where during the Byeongjahoran, Uichang-guk and Jogam gathered militia to resist and defeat the Qing army. Along Boryeon Valley, various species inhabit the area, and the environment is so clean that fireflies can be seen in summer.

Manroesan is presumed to have been named after a place name from the Goguryeo era. It is also called Mannosan or Iheulsan. The main ridge forms the boundary between Chungcheongbuk-do and Chungcheongnam-do. At the summit, there is a jangseung (traditional Korean totem pole) made by painter Choi Yang-ho. This jangseung takes the shape of the Chinese character for mountain (山) and symbolizes the highest mountain in Jincheon. The Jincheon Manroesan Natural Ecological Park is well established here, allowing visitors to enjoy the beautiful mountain without necessarily hiking. The site is equipped with outdoor exercise equipment, walking trails, hiking courses, a children's playground, and resting areas. There are two hiking courses: the first course begins at the sewage gate in Daemun-ri, Baekgok-myeon; turning right here leads to Jeolgol, and following the valley ridge path leads to the summit. The second course starts from Boryeon Village in Yeongok-ri; going left from the village passes Cheonsutap and a prayer site, then following right along the main ridge leads to the summit. A triangulation point established in 1984 is embedded at the top, with views of Yeongok Reservoir and Monggaksan.
