Daeiljeong is a restaurant run by the second generation of a Jeolla-do native food master specializing in crab marinated in soy sauce, grilled short rib patties, Korean pork jumulreok, and crab soup. You can experience the taste of crab marinated in a secret soy sauce recipe aged for more than 50 days. The crab soup, made by boiling freshwater shrimp and leafy vegetables in a rich broth with plenty of crab added, has a deep flavor and aroma and is very popular.
