Nowadays, as commercial areas have developed regionally, only some from Jinan, parts of Anseong, and local residents use the market, so its size has decreased. However, the livestock market still thrives. The traditional old blacksmith shop, operated by the third generation, is a famous attraction of Janggye Market.
