The beef, sourced from Woo Market, is hand-prepared and simmered for a long time in a charcoal-fired iron pot, producing a rich and savory broth. Napa cabbage kimchi is made in a year's batch at once, and the well-fermented kimchi enhances the flavor of the meat over time. Despite its modest exterior, it is a well-known and highly regarded restaurant selling over 200 bowls of gukbap daily on average. Since the gukbap is served with rice mixed in the broth, if you prefer to eat them separately, you can order 'ddareogukbap' (separate rice and soup). All ingredients are domestically sourced, and side dishes include homemade kkakdugi, kimchi, and buchu kimchi.
