Sae Seoul Plaza is a representative complex shopping town with history and tradition in Gwacheon. It is located in Byeolyang-dong, Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi-do. Opened on December 21, 1985, it is a rare traditional market in the form of a cooperative department store. The building has seven floors and houses a variety of businesses including restaurants, general goods, interior, clothing, crafts, furniture, karaoke rooms, academies, and cultural education centers. Various events involving merchants and customers are held regularly and irregularly. In 2017, it was selected for the Alley Market Development Project by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and completed specialized environment improvements. It is close to Exit 1 of Government Complex Gwacheon Station on Subway Line 4, offering good public transportation access.
