Uri Restaurant in Gangjin, famous for baekban and hanjeongsik, offers generous baekban set meals. Since it caters to many group guests, it is best to make a reservation by phone before visiting. Except for one table at the entrance, all seating is in room-style floor tables. The menu is limited to baekban and hanjeongsik, with the hanjeongsik offering a variety of four types for groups of four. The baekban table starts with warm barley tea, followed by 15 side dishes served at once. Kimchi varieties include fresh cabbage kimchi, aged kimchi, mustard leaf kimchi, and onion kimchi. Side dishes feature eggplant namul, bracken salad, stir-fried dried shrimp, braised potatoes, zucchini jeon, stir-fried fish cake, squid shukhoe, grilled fish, raw oysters, scallops, flounder sashimi, and various fish sashimi.
