Yujeong Budae Jjigae is located across from Dongducheon Station on Line 1, Exit 3 by the national road. The menu offers only one dish, budae jjigae, and has been in business for nearly 30 years in Dongducheon, known as the origin of budae jjigae. It uses generous amounts of ingredients—about twice as much as other restaurants—including ham, sausage, bacon, minced beef, tofu, crown daisy, glass noodles, and green onions. The unique recipe features freshly fermented kimchi and a broth developed entirely from plant-based ingredients, creating a spicy yet clean taste.
