Selected as a 'Baeknyeon Gage' by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups in 2019. It became more famous for demonstrating dak-onban (chicken rice soup) at the Inter-Korean Summit. Operating with the management philosophy of 'not deceiving customers,' they carefully select ingredients and make their own soy sauce, doenjang, and dongchimi. Due to the characteristics of North Korean cuisine, they focus on fresh and high-quality ingredients rather than strong seasonings to create a mild and clean taste. Important ingredients like dongchimi and fermented sauces are aged for over one year, providing a deep flavor distinct from recent North Korean food franchises, attracting long-time customers including defectors and their families as well as gourmets seeking unique flavors.
