This is a 54-year-old donkatsu restaurant located near Seomun Market. It has been featured on popular TV programs and is so popular that it is difficult to eat without lining up. Their thick and large old-fashioned donkatsu is the signature menu. The restaurant makes donkatsu in the traditional way, which adds to its popularity. Although they have a meat grinding machine, they still tenderize the meat using soju bottles, and finely sift corn bread to make the breadcrumbs. The sauce is also made following the method from 54 years ago. Unlike common sauces that use butter for the roux base, this sauce contains no butter. This is why it is not greasy and suits Korean tastes well. At the end of the sauce preparation, they add the original seed sauce the father first created.
