Located on the old entrance road to Pagyesa Temple on Palgongsan, it was erected in March 1648 (Injo 26) to honor Hoejindang Wonui Daesa. The stele body is a granite slab shaped like Wonkyuhyeong, 63cm high, 29cm wide, and 10cm thick. The stele base is an oval granite measuring 16cm high from the ground, 59cm wide, and 49cm long. The inscription is severely worn to the point of being illegible, and the stele body has large cracks.
