Located in Boeun-gun, Chungbuk, Boeun Udang Old House is a symbol of noblesse oblige. Following the family motto 'Wiseunchoerak [為善最樂],' meaning 'Doing good is the greatest joy,' it opened Gwansunyeong to gather and teach talented people from all over the country. It is a warm house that gave kindness to the point that nearby disadvantaged people never knew hunger. The place where the 99-room palace stood is at the end of Seowon Valley, surrounded by pine trees. The site’s shape is like a lotus floating on water, a lotus flower shape with auspicious energy, similar to Hahoe Village. Boeun Udang Old House was built between 1919 and 1921 by the finest carpenter of the time. It consists of Sarangchae, Anchae, and a shrine.

1979년 문을 열어 20년이 넘는 내력을 지닌 평양냉면 집이다. 슴슴할 정도로 담백한 육수맛과 구수한 냉면사리가 예전의 강서면옥 냉면맛 그대로이고, 육수도 전혀 뼈국이 섞이지 않은 양지 삶은 국물에 맑은 동치미국물로 간을 맞춰 시원하고 깔끔한 맛이 고지식한 평양냉면맛을 그대로 보여준다.

충북 보은군 보은읍 성주1길 104에는 신라시대 산성인 삼년산성이 있다. 둘레 1.7km, 넓이 8~10m, 높이 13~20m 규모의 삼년산성은 난공불락의 요새다. 성벽 아래에 서면 정육각형 벽돌로 깎아 쌓은 정교한 솜씨와 높고 튼튼한 기품에 압도된다. 삼년산성이라는 이름은 성을 쌓는 데 3년이 걸렸기 때문이라고도 하고, 삼국시대 보은의 지명이 삼년군이었기 때문이라고도 한다. 백제 성왕을 공격한 신라의 관산성 전투부대가 이곳에 주둔했었다. 태종무열왕이 당나라 사신을 접견한 곳도, 고려 왕건이 패퇴해 물러간 곳도 이곳이다.

Bidangang Forest Village is a pure rural village engaged in complex farming located in the Geumgang River basin in Yangsan-myeon, Yeongdong-gun. The village was the site of a beacon fire station on Bonghwasan during the Three Kingdoms period and served as the border between Silla and Baekje. In the Goryeo Dynasty, there is a temple called Yeongguksa where King Gongmin took refuge during the Hong Geon-jeok rebellion. The natural environment, history, and cultural value created by the Geumgang River flowing like silk beneath Bonghwasan make the area notably beautiful, with mountains, river, and plains harmoniously spread out. The area still preserves a clean natural environment where freshwater fish like freshwater snails and Korean dark sleepers, which only inhabit first-class water, can be easily found. Visitors can raft on the beautiful river and catch freshwater snails as if searching for treasures in clear water. It is also pleasant to ride a bicycle along the Bidangang embankment or to walk slowly while enjoying the scenery. With large temperature differences and abundant sunlight, it is suitable for cultivating grapes and various crops, offering activities such as fruit picking, wine foot baths, and wine tasting, as well as kimchi-making experiences in autumn. Accommodations include pensions and a camping site with over 50 sites. Numerous experiences allowing visitors to relax in nature and taste rural life attract many tourists. Nearby is Songho National Tourist Site, a pine tree complex over 100 years old, and the Geumgang Dulle-gil trail offers views of the eight scenic spots of Yangsan.
