Janganmyeonok is a naengmyeon (cold noodle) restaurant that has been passed down for three generations in Anseong. The three brothers inherited the family business from their mother and each operates a Janganmyeonok in the region. Janganmyeonok is a dining place where you can enjoy the aroma of meat broth combined with dongchimi (radish water kimchi) and buckwheat flavor. They carefully boil the broth by slowly simmering beef shank and brisket like herbal medicine, and it is the only place in Anseong that separately mills buckwheat by hand, kneads the dough, and pulls the noodles themselves. The interior is fully equipped with group seating, making it ideal for company dinners or group gatherings, and there is a large dedicated parking lot in front of the restaurant for convenient parking.
