Jeongtong Chuncheon Dakgalbi is a Dakgalbi specialty restaurant that closes early if the daily sales quota is met. The menu consists only of Dakgalbi and fried rice. Only bone-in Dakgalbi is served. The Dakgalbi is stir-fried first on an iron griddle, then sweet potatoes, rice cakes, cabbage, and onions are generously added and stir-fried together with perilla leaves. Additional orders are not possible, so it is good to consider this when ordering the first time. It is a popular place, so there may be a wait.
