It was created through policies that actively support selected youth showcasing their talents in diverse fields such as food, cafes, and fashion. It has now become a space full of young people's creative ideas. The mall is filled with shops featuring youthful interior designs and various self-designed and handmade accessories and crafts, as well as restaurants and cafes with menus targeting young tastes, plus the rooftop Byeolae Byeol Garden, offering abundant shopping and entertainment. It is close to Sabuk Station and not far from Dosagok Recreation Forest and High1 Resort, making it convenient to visit them together.
