Selected as a 'Baeknyeon Gage' by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups in 2019, this jokbal specialty store has been run for two generations in the northern market of Cheongju, Chungbuk. Popular menu items include chewy handmade sujebi with a savory dried pollack broth base and crunchy bean sprouts, and flavorful jokbal. The restaurant specializes exclusively in single pigs' trotters, using domestically produced chilled jokbal. Because fresh ingredients are used, no spices or caramel are added, resulting in a rich savory taste. Sujebi is sold only at lunchtime, and many customers visit specifically to enjoy this uniquely crafted sujebi recipe.
