Hoponaru features a traditional atmosphere with all private rooms and floor seating tables. It is a Korean cuisine restaurant offering a variety of dishes such as kimchi hot pot, mushroom hot pot, steamed cod heads, stir-fried small octopus, spicy pork stir-fry, chicken soup, bibimbap, narupa-jeon (scallion pancake), and spicy squid salad. The signature dish is spicy braised chicken, but the hot pots and spicy pork stir-fry are also very popular. Especially, Narupa-jeon with abundant seafood and scallions is a popular menu item here. It is conveniently located near Hwangsan Park and Gasan Waterfront Park, making it an excellent place to visit together.
