The noodles are made without any wheat flour, combining only pure buckwheat flour and pure sweet potato flour. The Pyongyang cold noodles, made with Daewonok's special broth and bibim sauce, offer a unique taste and appearance, allowing you to enjoy traditional style Pyongyang naengmyeon.
