This is a nationally recognized restaurant representing Okcheon-gun, known for its outstanding natural scenery. The 'Haejebi,' developed after 36 years of trial and error, is a menu item unique to Ilmi Haejangguk. It is a combination of haejangguk and sujebi and is currently patent-pending. The restaurant is consistently popular for its rich Korean beef bone broth, mildly spicy and hearty soup, fresh congealed blood, and hand-pulled sujebi made from dough kneaded and torn by hand.
