Daedong Halmae Guksu is a noodle restaurant selected as a [Baeknyeon Gage] certified by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. Founded in 1959, it has been consistently loved for its noodles alone since the first representative (Joo Dong-geum). Using naturally dried medium noodles from Gupo, anchovies from the South Sea coast, locally produced chive, and pickled radish, it offers a rich and savory taste. It is a well-known place highly recommended by word of mouth, so it is always crowded and requires waiting, but due to the nature of the noodles, turnover is fast, and you can enjoy delicious noodles with just a short wait.
