Happles Farm Cidery is a place where apples are grown and harvested directly, then juiced and fermented to make apple cider. Cider is a kind of fruit wine with carbonation made by fermenting apples, and a cidery refers to a brewery that produces apple cider. Just as a winery is a place that makes wine, a cidery is a brewery that makes sparkling alcoholic beverages from apples. Happles Farm Cidery is Korea's first farm cidery, located on a hill overlooking Geochang-eup beneath Ahosan Mountain. Visitors can enjoy a variety of drinks, desserts, and meals made from apples harvested directly from the orchard.
