It is famous for its homemade noodles made from domestic wheat and its broth and seasoning that contain accumulated know-how. Although the prices are low, the taste is excellent, attracting many visitors from outside the area. The signature menu is udon, characterized by chewy and firm noodles and a deep, rich broth, and jajangmyeon and bibim guksu are also popular.
