Kongturan, located in a quiet area on Gajuro in Jinhae-gu, Changwon-si, is a tofu specialty restaurant. It offers a savory and smooth taste made from 100% domestically produced soybeans. Near a golf course, it is a place where you can have an early morning meal. Kongturan soft tofu comes in various flavors including seafood, curry, perilla seed, and beef brisket, and you can choose between a bowl of rice or stone pot rice. Other menu items include kongbiji (tofu pulp), tofu kimchi stew, seafood pancake, and modubu (soft tofu). The spicy stir-fried pork with tofu is available for two or more people. Especially popular is their seafood pancake, which is made with plenty of seafood and cooked crispy. Open year-round without holidays, Kongturan has a weekday break time but none on weekends. Nearby are the Yulha Historic Exhibition Hall and Yulha Cafe Street, making them good spots to visit after your meal.
