Hyesung Butcher Restaurant is located in Samsan-ri, Boeun-eup, Boeun-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. Inside, there are group seats available, making it ideal for various gatherings. The restaurant puts great care even into selecting ingredients, and its signature menu is fresh pork belly, with pork ribs also being popular. For beef, they sell Hanwoo yukhoe and Hanwoo sirloin.
